Xperience Group are proud to sponsor the Innovation Award at this year’s Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council Business Awards. The award celebrates innovative businesses that continue to flourish by embracing new ideas and technologies.
The Innovation Award, sponsored by Xperience Group, is open to organisations that demonstrate outstanding business and financial results through innovation. The judges will look for evidence of how innovation has been developed and applied to improve business processes and enable development of new products or services.

Organised by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, the Awards aim to recognise the role of the business community in developing the local economy. With 16 categories, including Best New Business, Best Business Growth, Young Entrepreneur and Innovation Award, the event gives local companies the opportunity to showcase their commitment to achieving excellence across a range of industries.
The awards ceremony will take place at the La Mon Hotel & Country Club on Friday 11th March 2016. Alderman Allan Ewart, Chair of the Economic Development Committee at Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council said, “The aim of these awards is to highlight the achievements of some truly remarkable companies in our area, which boasts an incredibly diverse range of skills and industries from artisan producers and hospitality providers to leading manufacturing and technology businesses, to name just a few.”
