Today Xperience Group launched a new website unifying three Group companies under ‘one roof’. The website launch is the next step in its rebrand journey, designed to improve customer experience.
In 2014, Xperience Group embarked on a rebrand journey to align Group businesses in a bid to improve the customer experience by giving them easier access to skills and resources across its locations. The new website is the second phase in the rebrand and provides its customers with a single point of reference for information.
Iain O’Kane, Managing Director at Xperience Group, commented “We are delighted to launch the new Xperience Group website. The aim of the site is to provide customers with a central touchpoint and showcase our capabilities across our four core areas of expertise – ERP, CRM, Cloud & Managed IT Services offerings. We hope customers not only find the site informative but a useful point of reference when considering their own individual requirements. I would like to extend a big thanks to those who contributed to the website but I must single out our Group Marketing Manager (Jade) and the Marketing Team (Sylwia & Carleen) who helped us meet our go-live date.”
Established in 1969, Xperience Group has transformed beyond recognition. Over the years the Group has grown significantly, both organically and, in recent years, by acquisition. This diversification lead to a situation where the businesses within the group were operating as individual entities, which lead to confusion for customers. This was the catalyst for the rebrand, to improve customer experience and achieve consistency across the group.
During the first phase of the rebrand the group businesses became visually aligned with the parent, with a view to provide a consistent Group identity that customers, employees and prospects could affiliate with. This also provided a platform to align operations and communications across its three locations, Lisburn, Peterborough and Glasgow reinforcing the Group proposition.
