Xperience is delighted to announce the appointment of Rod Jackson as its new CEO.

Rod brings over 20 years of experience in business management to the role and having joined the group’s Senior Leadership Team in 2021 following the acquisition of Green Duck Ltd, this makes him an ideal fit to lead Xperience into its next phase of growth and innovation.

This new appointment coincides with Iain O’Kane, who over the past 15 years has led Xperience in its growth from a 50 people, dual location to a 240 people, 6 location business, stepping back from his role as CEO.

Remarking on Iain O’Kane’s role within Xperience, Rod added “Iain leaves big shoes to fill in his role as CEO, his contribution to Xperience has been tremendous and it’s hard to imagine what the company would look like without his leadership.”

Rod Jackson further commented –

“I feel privileged to be leading Xperience into its next phase of growth. I have a talented group of people around me, and I believe that together we can deliver innovative sustainable solutions which drive value for our clients and amazing careers for our people.”

Having decided to step back from his CEO role Iain O’Kane will now focus on the business’ continued growth and expansion through acquisitions. Regarding his new role Iain O’Kane commented, “From my perspective I look forward to continuing my work in the business in a very focused way; bringing new clients, new people and new skills to Xperience through acquisitions.”

Commenting on the appointment of Rod as CEO he further stated, “I am thrilled to be passing the CEO baton to Rod. Having worked closely alongside him over the past 3 years I can think of no better person to take on the role and truly believe the business will continue to flourish under his leadership. I wish Rod every success in his role and will support him in any way I can.”
