Xperience acquires Green Duck

Digital, managed IT, Cloud, ERP and CRM provider, Xperience, has acquired Green Duck, an East of England provider of Cloud, Cyber Security and Managed IT Services. Green Duck Limited will adopt and trade under the Xperience brand.

The strategic deal builds on Xperience’s growing network with existing offices in Lisburn, Peterborough, and Glasgow and strengthens its presence in the East of England with Green Duck’s office in Bury St Edmunds.  Green Duck Limited will adopt and trade under the Xperience brand.

The acquisition combines two businesses with a common focus on delivering the best Digital Transformation solutions for companies across the UK. It also delivers synergies adding additional resources and experience to their collective client bases.

Xperience’s headcount will grow to 123 with an annual turnover of approximately £16 million. The combined company will serve more than 1100 clients, typically ranging between 10-100 users across the UK & Ireland.

This acquisition follows a £1.5 million investment in Lisburn, Northern Ireland creating an additional 16 jobs.
