Published: 10 June 2013

Sage CRM has been announced as a winner of ISM’s 2013 Top 15 CRM Software Awards in the small and medium sized business category.

The Top 15 CRM awards, established in 1990, serve as the standard for comprehensive CRM software. Each CRM software program undergoes intensive testing at the ISM Software Lab rated against 208 selection criteria.

Barton Goldenberg, president, ISM exclaimed, “The winners of the 2013 Top 15 are the influencers in the CRM community who have made significant advancements in both functionality and connectivity for sales, customer service and marketing professionals; offer better decision making tools for executives; and provide more intimate connectivity with today’s Digital Clients.””

Goldenberg also notes that mobile CRM, Social CRM, and SaaS offerings continue to be popular CRM software features, attributes which Sage CRM has made available to its users for some time. Hot trends in the CRM industry touted by Goldenberg include Big Data Analytics/Insight and Gamification applications.

Sage CRM is a web-based CRM system, famed for offering users choice in terms of deployment. In recent years Sage CRM has added Mobile CRM and Social CRM to its extensive features and more recently a Cloud application has been introduced extending the flexibility offered to its users.
