The main theme for the new Act! 19 release is mobility. According to research, with mobile capabilities, users can expect an average productivity gain of 14.6%. With this in mind, the new release introduces Act Companion*, a new mobile application, enabling field based staff to access and manage contacts, activities and history items regardless of their location, without having to log in to the website.

Act E-marketing has been improved for time savings, greatly reducing the time it takes to send email campaigns. Added to this, users will now be able to quickly and easily see email campaign history for a given contact. This will be useful for sales, marketing and customer service representatives to optimise communications and better target customers.
Now 64-bit compatible, the new edition allows users to work better with the Microsoft Office products they rely on every day. New Act 19 provides a simple and seamless experience across Outlook and Act for easier task management and efficiency gains.
The new release offers advanced reporting capabilities, standard reports have been refreshed to include more relevant fields, to help users get the information they need quickly. Furthermore, with consistent field references and data formatting, it is easier than ever to customise reports and extract the information required for faster, smarter decision making.
