Swiftpage gears up for accelerated growth and product development, beginning with the release of Act v17 this year!
This month Swiftpage announced they will be releasing Act v17 in October. This news comes as the sale of Saleslogix was announced last week, confirming Swiftpage’s intentions to focus their efforts on one CRM product to become the market leader in the small business space.
Neil Slater, General Manager at Xperience Group, comments, “We hope to see more regular innovations from Swiftpage within the proposed feature packs, which were introduced in Ac! v16. The forthcoming release of Act v17 promises to be the best yet and will see the introduction of enterprise functionality, such as automatic marketing capabilities, which will greatly benefit our customers.”
Act v17 will focus on themes and features that increase efficiency, allowing users to be more productive and responsive. It will fuse together sales and marketing capabilities for streamlined prospect and lead management. This means smaller businesses will have improved marketing and sales capabilities that can grow their business, along with the ability to maintain a high level customer retention strategy.
Features of the new Act v17 will include new smart tasks that form a streamlined marketing automation facility that will increase productivity through responsiveness. Those who engage with email communications sent to them, can be targeted automatically with further email contact or communications from sales staff. This is something that is usually only available in enterprise level solutions, meaning users of Act! get more for their money.
Accessibility is a key theme for the software, with new read-only licences allowing a greater amount of users to access data on the system. Users will also have the ability to add and access documents from places such as Drop Box, Sharepoint and Google Drive, connecting users to where they store their documents.
