Xperience Group, the largest locally owned IT solutions company, has secured two contracts worth £250,000 to supply new virtualised infrastructure and support.

Leading Northern Ireland construction based companies Portview and Ridgeway will undergo considerable infrastructure work in a move that represents continued growth for Xperience. According to Patrick Leggett, Director, Xperience is also expanding its business into Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.

“Through winning contracts with companies like Portview and Ridgeway we are continuing to grow our business organically, but to meet our targets of doubling our business before 2013 we are also in a period of proactive acquisition” commented Mr Leggett.

“The role that technology plays within the administration and efficiency of any business is set to rise and we want to significantly increase our share of this growth across these islands.”

“Portview, a company that has increased its turnover by 50% in the last year and Ridgeway, who are expanding into the renewables field, are two businesses that are continuing to perform well in a very difficult market. This new IT is an investment in their future which will help to transform how they run their business.”

“Technology is continually evolving and changing how we all operate our businesses and virtualization will streamline Portview’s and Ridgeway’s business administration, helping them to gain increased efficiency, productivity and cost savings. With the competitive advantage that these new technologies provide, they will become commonplace with many small and medium sized businesses across Northern Ireland in the coming years.”

Xperience which is a Microsoft Gold partner recently received Platinum status by accounting software provider Pegasus, one of only 4 in the UK to do so, has been in the Northern Ireland marketplace since 1969 and currently employs 43 people.
