Xperience Group has launched a free real-time health and performance monitoring service for its cloud services following an increase in cloud demand.
Since 2006 Xperience Group has offered cloud services to its customers, now cloud computing has become mainstream technology awareness, popularity and demand for cloud has increased. In order to better support its growing cloud customer base, Xperience has launched a new Cloud Status Page to communicate real-time performance updates to users of cloud services.

Increasingly users are accessing cloud services outside of business hours and it is important that performance updates are as accessible as the services. Our new Cloud Status Page makes it easy for customers working outside our support desk opening hours to access performance information for their cloud services.”
TheXperience Cloud Status Page displays real time performance status information for the individual services offered as well as details of current and past incidents, and scheduled maintenance. From the Status Page it is also possible for users to subscribe to email alerts ensuring immediate notification of changes.
The cloud services offered by Xperience Group are hosted in its own data centres which reside in the UK. Xperience Group has two data centres, public and private, offering a broad range of cloud services from SaaS, Online Backups and Emails through to Virtual Private Servers and entire computing infrastructures.
