Xperience Group is delighted to announce its patronage with The Management & Leadership (MLN), Northern Ireland. As MLN’s official Technology ‘Champion’, Xperience Group will support the network’s impact and promote IT thought leadership.
Management Leadership Network (MLN) is a platform which provides managers and leaders in Northern Ireland with access to the thinking, insights and experiences of high-achievers and thought-leaders. MLN do this to support and develop individual managers, companies and in turn the economy.
To ensure the platform and information is accessible by all, MLN is supported by a small pool of forward-thinking Champion organisations. Each of these Champions offer expertise, knowledge and wisdom in a particular industry.
Cambridge Dictionary define a Champion as “a person who enthusiastically supports, defends, or fights for a person, belief, right, or principle.” The partnership with MLN allows Xperience Group to be among the ‘movers and shakers’ of business in Northern Ireland and work alongside leading organisations such as Ulster University and The Chartered Management Institute, to name a few.
