Job Description
We are looking for passionate, technical, experienced, and credible presales specialist with a drive for winning business application sales opportunities.
You will work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored demonstrations and solutions leveraging the Microsoft Business Applications product stack including Business Central, D365 and Power Platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions, demonstrating technical expertise, and driving successful sales engagements.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical expertise across the Microsoft Business Application product stack.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, tender documents and solution designs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot implementations where necessary.
- If required, carry out project scoping as require and engage fully with the client so that they clearly define their wants and needs. At this stage it may also be necessary to review the client’s relevant internal business processes so that our optimum solutions can be designed/offered.
- Complete Statements of Works for sign off with the customer and internal delivery teams.

Experience Required
Essential
- 3+ years of professional experience working in a Presales Consultant or similar role within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Business Central (BC), including implementation, configuration and demonstration
- Proven experience of delivering solutions in the finance, distribution and manufacturing sectors
- Significant experience in using third party ISV solutions such as Continia, Jet Reports and Cosmos
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
- A consultative approach to understanding client challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ability to accurately estimate effort and time required from the team to deliver the solution the client needs
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate the solution value proposition to customers.
Desirable- Knowledge of the Field Service sector
- Knowledge of the Construction industry
