With 92% of generation Y identifying flexibility as a priority when selecting a workplace, it is imperative for businesses address this growing trend.

Last year flexible working rules changed. Since this time flexible working has grown in popularity, with businesses benefiting from a more productive workforce that can respond to customer requests more efficiently. This in turn makes flexible working a cost effective practice.

One reason for this change is that customers now expect products and services to be available outside traditional working hours. Added to this, employees want to achieve a better balance between their work and home life and organisations want to match their business needs with the way their employees work.
